Chris Juson + Phillip Kingsbury

As We See It features two very different artist perspectives on the historic town of Malmesbury.

Chris Juson works in mixed-media, combining painting, print and collage techniques to capture local scenes in a quirky and humorous manner. The colourful and playful approach of the artist suggests a naive style, which belies the skill and combination of several techniques involved in producing these unique and individual artworks.

Phillip Kingsbury is a graphic designer / illustrator / artist.

He studied illustration at Hereford Art College and since 2004 has worked as an artist and freelance graphic designer. Phillip enjoys creating lino prints, drawing and sketching. As We See it includes a selection of recent linocuts featuring his home town of Malmesbury. All of these images are hand carved from lino and then hand printed by the artist to create beautiful limited edition prints.
